Make it stand out

Every photographer is asked “why did you decide to go into this business" and for me it began very organically.

I have a photo of my dad and I from when I was a little girl, It is an old grainy photo that to others wouldn’t look like much. But many years on when I look at that photograph, I can feel my dads hug and it takes me back to all the childhood memories I cherish so dearly.

That’s why I love photography, because one photo, a snapshot of time, can bring memories flooding back. I want to create moments like that for others, to re-live once in a lifetime moment that you can reminisce and share with the ones you love the most.

To me, nothing says love like a wedding. From the moment you wake and the butterflies set in, to the moment you are spinning around the dance floor with your nearest and dearest. These are the moments you should be able to re-live time and time again, and this is what I strive to create.

My Style: Timeless and clean, yet honest and intimate. A balanced combination of composed curated moments and raw, real emotion. I take a loosely styled approach, bringing a couple into the best light or setting while not overly inserting myself into your moment. My final set of photographs is a blending of spontaneous moments curated compositions

My Approach: After documenting many weddings , you realise how quickly they go, and how much is to be covered in one day. Documenting the moments while ensuring your wedding day does not turn into a “photoshoot” is always my approach. A big tip for my couples is allow time to “sit and stop” following your bridal images to fully submerge in the fact that you are now husband and wife.

It’s not just about taking the best photos—it’s also about how I make the clients feel and ensuring they enjoy and sink into every moment on the day.

My couple's vision always determines my approach. Some couples want a photographer to be a fly on the wall; others want to exchange lots of ideas before and during the wedding. Above all, it's essential that my clients feel comfortable, live fully in the moment, and can enjoy their wedding weekend without thinking about the camera.

Comfort and authenticity when capturing a love story is essential to my work flow.

I look forward to talking about your big day
